Create programs based on workouts

Sculpt and Combat activities are very fun, and personally, I think Combat activities provide a greater variety of movments than Box activity.
These activities are very recent so they are less Sculpt and Combat activities available.
Also, mix the new "Programs" feature with Sculpt courses might give awesome results and can add significant value to the new "Programs" feature.

Add a suggested workout feature, where based on your previous few workouts it chooses suggests the next workout with similar time and/or intensity but slightly harder than your last one.
For example, if I did 3 beginner workouts all 10 minute long and my stats in them all were above average then the game would suggest my next one be a 15 minute beginner exercise or a 5 minute intermediate workout (which ever would be closest difficulty to the previous).
You can even go further with this and see if people streak tend to go worse at the end of a workout and so recommend a workout that improves stamina. Hope this helps and wasn't to long.

Upvoting this recommendation, and adding on a request that one of those goals/fitness programs be to "ramp up" people who are super out of shape. I'm hella fat, and am powering through the best I can, but it would be a great confidence booster if I were engaged in a program that I knew was designed to ease me into exercising over a period of time.
