Use the earned FitXR points for unlocks. Could be avatars, environments, even full classes - just some way for the points to be more than just a number on the internet.

I think this is a great idea. With non VR games, I keep playing because I get sooooo close to unlocking something. For FitXR, it would be a great incentive for people to keep going. Even if it's just a cosmetic unlock.
