Slow motion work out using something like combat moves - when you strike everything and duck and dodge in slow motion it mimics something like tai chi movements. I use beat saber like this, it would be great in a fitness app.

I've just installed FitXR and done my first 5 minute workout and it's all way too fast for me I'm missing 50% of the balls at least. So a slower tai chi style one sounds ideal for fatty like me.
