Full body workout session
Anne-Marie Stephens
A warmup, workout and cool down which lasts around an hour and a half to two hours. It can run across all classes; box, dance and HIIT.
Kacy Collins Pollak
Yes, yes, yes. I would love to see this as well!

Stretching/Quick Workouts/Sorting

Love to see some stretching activities/classes, more under 6 minute workouts that I can do during my work breaks and a different way to sort through them all.

Dynamic warm up before you start a workout
R
Ryan
Dynamic warm-ups would be a good option to add in this game to coach the user on how to stretch So they will not get injured. When a user selects a work out it should give you the option to start with a dynamic warm-up for 1-2 minutes before you get into the class. Make this optional for the user so they can skip it if they either don’t want to do it or have already done a warm up themselves. A lot of injuries happen due to not stretching before your exercise.

Have some warm-up sessions
James McHie
Much like how Dillon opened her last IGTV video, have a couple of sessions just for warming up/cooling down that are just movement-based not specifically boxing or dancing. Could include movement or stretching.

Warm up and Cool Down Routines and a "Playlist"
Ashley Bair
It would be really nice to have guided warm up and cool down routines available to start and end my session with. I am really bad at doing these on my own, and a guided routine would be really helpful.
Even better would be to be able to set up a "playlist" to do a warm up, a couple of classes, and then a cool down in succession.

Add a slow warm-down track

Ralph Aoun
Add a soft warm-down track in the dance or boxing categories. Something slow, calming and soothing.

Stretch Warm up or Cool Down
Matt Welch
I think this feature would be used, especially those less familiar with stretched for the boxing
