A serious problem with both FitXR and other applications of this style of rhythm punching is that the left fist hits appear at the approximate height of the left shoulder, and the right fist hits are aligned at the height of the right shoulder. That is a problem, since in boxing you usually punch to the center, and that implies making a more accentuated movement with the hip to hit just in front, aligning the power from the foot, through the hip and shoulder to the fist. While it's true that during a real workout, the trainer may be moving the target to the side, but usually in shadow training you hit to the center (since you're imagining your opponent in front of you). I think the ideal would be to keep the app as it is, but that there is an option to enable/disable so that all hits are in the center, so we improve the technique, movement and reflexes when it comes to see the color to hit with. I do not know if I explain very well, but I think it is something that needs to be solved, there is no other app of this style that has corrected it, maybe you should be the first. I know of many people who prefer to get into boxing simulators just because of this problem, but if it were fixed, they would use more FitXR.
